principle structure
The FS61 series flow monitor is designed based on the principle of heat exchange, with built-in heating and sensing modules in the probe. The heat dissipation of the heating module is closely related to the flow rate of the measured fluid. If there is no medium flow in the pipeline, the signal received by the sensing circuit is a fixed value; When the fluid medium flows through the probe, the signal received by the thermal sensing circuit changes with the flow rate of the medium. The thermal sensing circuit converts the temperature difference signal between the heating module and the thermal sensing module into an electrical signal, which is then converted into PNP/NPN/4-20mA/relay signal output by the processor.

main features
The reliable and stable circuit design makes the flow signal more accurate and stable, and it has been widely used in the steel, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. LED indicates flow rate with no movable parts, maintenance free, and multiple sensor probe lengths to choose from. One model is suitable for multiple pipe diameters with continuously adjustable switch values and almost no pressure loss overall.
application
It can be used for flow monitoring of hydraulic systems, circulating water, cutting fluid, and lubricating oil, as well as pump idle protection.
